The Ahmet Rasim Pasha Mansion, was built in 1897 for the Ottoman Governor of Tripoli, Ahmet Rasin Pasha. It was used as a summer retreat for the sultans family and members of the ottoman court. Preserved and restored in 2005, it is now the Ajia Hotel
