After Covid

It's a beautiful morning in London, 21 degrees, lots of sun and I am on my bike for the first time since I caught COVID a month ago. I am still getting dizzy spells and I can tell I am very unfit but I am taking it slow and gentle.

The best part of where I live is that I can visit the secret garden in Regents Park, it's a haven of peace and nature in a busy city and a perfect place to sit and contemplate
