Hampstead Heath Recovery

Ive not exactly had the best time these last few days, flu caught me despite all the usual efforts that I take to avoid this dreaded infliction, which at its best can knock you out for a few days and at worst, as history has shown, can be deadly.
Well, I am getting there, and what better way to give myself self care and healing, is to walk in Hampstead heath in the early autumn.

It's a quick 'country' fix , if you ignore all the dog walkers and joggers that continually remind you that you are in a unique part of London that lives in its own bubble of tranquility as the rest of the world slowly falls apart.

My health isn't amazing to be honest, I'm like on a rollercoaster. The track ahead... Looks stable and normal then suddenly it drops and ... Here we go again... Flu, chest infection... Etc, something else happens... I wont elaborate further cos it's a bit boring.

But, to be honest I should count myself lucky, there are some pretty crazy things going on in the world and my life, which has its complications, like many people, is... Ok
